Black Man threatened to rape central Florida Christian radio host
A Christian radio host was praying live on the air when a man entered the studio, took off his clothes and threatened to rape her, Orange County authorities said. Listeners to the program became concerned and called 911 when they heard threats being made early Monday at the La Voix Evangelique D'Orlando 98.9 SCA radio station. Deputies arrested 30-year-old Donald Destin. Detectives say he admitted to the crime.

Detectives have released a sketch depicting a man who they believe attacked and robbed an elderly woman in her home. The attack occurred last Tuesday night at the apartment of 89-year-old Pearl Patrinos. Sheriff's Office detectives released the sketch Monday morning. "We're talking about a man in his late teens to early twenties, thin build, dark complexion," This man knocked on Patrinos' door then forced his way into her apartment. Once inside, the criminal punched her in the face and dragged her to the bathroom. "He told me, 'Don't scream because I'll kill you,'" said Patrinos.

Detectives believe James Cooper, 25, and James Kouzaris, 24, were attempting to flee when they were shot multiple times and left to die in a run down housing project known for drug dealing and gang activity. 16-year-old Shawn Tyson has been charged with the double murder.

Sarah Coit was heard arguing with her beau, Raul Barrera, 33, about 2:15 a.m., shortly before she was viciously stabbed in her apartment, cops and neighbors said. "Her whole neck was cut all the way," said Briana Andalore, 20, who lives downstairs from the blood-stained apartment and saw the young woman get hauled away on a stretcher. "Her head was almost cut off." The roars of their fighting echoed from their apartment for about 20 minutes, neighbors said.

Obama's Amnesty By Decree, Again?
For about the third time this year, rumors are flying that Obama is going to grant millions of illegal aliens amnesty by decree completely bypassing Congress.
An article in USA Today reports: “The Obama administration is changing the federal immigration enforcement strategy in ways that reduce the threat of deportation for millions of illegal immigrants, even as states such as Arizona, Colorado, Virginia, Ohio and Texas are pushing to accelerate deportations. The changes focus enforcement on immigrants who have committed serious crimes, an effort to unclog immigration courts and detention centers. A record backlog of deportation cases has forced immigrants to wait an average (of) 459 days for their hearings, according to an Aug. 12 report by Syracuse University’s Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC), which analyzes government data.”Why not simply put them on a prison bus headed for Mexico as soon as 50 illegal aliens pile up in any big city? That way, you’d minimize incarceration time and keep deportation costs to a minimum. If they ever enforced the immigration law in Los Angeles, they could be filling up a new bus every two minutes.
USA Today notes “Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Director John Morton ordered agency officials on Aug. 20 to begin dismissing deportation cases against people who haven’t committed serious crimes and have credible immigration applications pending.”

SAIR, West Bank — Israeli police shot and killed a construction worker from this West Bank village Sunday after he used a rope to scale a towering wall meant to keep Palestinians from sneaking into Israel, police and a witness said.
Despite a modest recovery in the West Bank after years of conflict-driven downturn, there is still significant economic hardship. Jobs remain scarce and pay is lower than in Israel. A workers' rights group said thousands sneak into Israel every day in search of jobs.

The soldiers were convicted of offenses including inappropriate behavior and overstepping authority for ordering an 11-year-old Palestinian to search bags suspected to have been booby trapped.
The conviction is the first such conviction for what is termed in the Israel Defense Forces "neighbor procedure" – the use of human shields during searches and pursuits, which has been outlawed.
Friends of the two soldiers gathered outside the courthouse on Sunday to show their support. They were all wearing T shirts with the slogan "we are victims of Goldstone," written on them, referring to the damning UN report, penned by jurist Richard Goldstone, which accused Israel of committing war crimes during the Gaza war.
The incident occurred during a search conducted by Givati soldiers in southern Gaza City in January 2009. IDF protocols strictly prohibit the use of civilians as human shields.
An investigation into the incident was launched last July, after a United Nations report on children in armed combat brought the details of the event to the military police's attention.
The indictment also relied on a complaint filed by the Israeli chapter of the Defense for Children organization.
The IDF spokesperson's unit stressed that, during every incursion, soldiers were told that forcing civilians to assist in military operations was strictly forbidden, especially if such action were to endanger their lives.
