Orlando, FL - Natasha McIntosh, 31, has a few anger issues. Earlier this week, things around the McIntosh home were getting stressful. Natasha’s three children were getting on her nerves, so she lined them up, put rubbing alcohol on their hands, fired up a lighter and lit up the kids.
Early this week, Natasha’s son apparently went to school with second-degree burns on his hands. Child Protective Services was called in, as were police. At first, Natasha told investigators that they were cooking fried chicken, and some oil had splattered on the hands of her son and one of her daughters. But Natasha’s children told a different story. They said that their mother lined them up, made them rub their hands with the alcohol and used a lighter to set their hands on fire. The boy was treated for multiple second degree burns to his hands, and one daughter was also injured, although the extent of her injuries hasn’t been released.
When caught in her lie, Natasha McIntosh admitted what she’d done, telling an officer that “She had her lighter in her hands but was only flicking it when his hands caught fire. She didn’t mean to light her son’s hand on fire and was sorry.” Sure. That's why she put flammable rubbing alcohol on their hands first. How dumb does she think people are? Because that’s what you do to discipline kids - make them rub their hands in alcohol, then wave a lighter at them, then get all shocked when the kids catch fire, right? Oddly enough, police didn’t buy it. Imagine that.Natasha McIntosh was arrested on Tuesday and is being held without bail at the Orange County Jail, where no doubt she can just yell down the hall and say hey to Casey Anthony. McIntosh is charged with cruelty toward children and aggravated abuse, and is on the docket for arraignment today.
